Park run organise free weekly 5 km timed runs around the world. Here in Wexford our local parkrun takes place every Saturday morning in the beautiful surroundings of Johnston Castle. On March 11th this year a large group of parents, pupils, teachers and friends of Blackwater N.S took part in Park Run. Everyone assembled at Johnstown Castle at 9.00am for a group photograph. After an introductory chat the group headed off on their first Park Run. Great fun was had by all. Have a look at some of the pictures from the day.
