We had a brilliant time at the local playground in Blackwater on Thursday during Active School Week. The classes from Junior Infants to 1st class walked up to the playground and spent 30 minutes each playing on the equipment, running around together and having lots of fun. Children from 5th and 6th were there to lend a hand and to help the children to use the equipment, encourage them to take turns and of course to push them on the swings. Thanks 5th and 6th class.
